George Washington University – Lisner Auditorium

Originally opened to the public in 1946, Lisner Auditorium has been designated as a Washington DC Historical Landmark.  GWU recently renovated this historic building, which included complete replacement of the audience seating, carpeting & various upgrades to interior finishes.  

After review of several different manufacturer’s offerings, the University selected the Quattro Arts series chair manufactured by Hussey Seating Company.  Some of the factors that led the owner to choose the Quattro Arts chair were the comfortable 3″ plush seats & great finished appearance.

 TJ Distributors worked directly with the owner’s team throughout the project to provide some very unique features, including custom artwork upholstered into the chair fabric & high end wood finishes to match the building’s millwork.
