This project has a very flexible telescopic seating system that works well with the owner’s constantly changing event schedule.

Maxam Plus portable bleachers, mfg by Hussey Seating Co were chosen by the ownership group.  Additional features include Metro padded chairs, carpeted decks, upholstered side curtains & rear enclosure paneling.  This versatile system can be arranged in different configurations, depending on event needs.  This facility often hosts a range of different events such as comedy shows, concerts, boxing & MMA & large graduation ceremonies.  The portable Maxam Plus system allows the owner to provide custom seating floor plans for each of their event promotors.

When not in use, the bleachers are stored & rolled away, relocated into a small storage area behind curtain enclosure, completely out of sight.  This portable feature allows the client to convert their event hall into a completely open floor plan when needed.

Additionally, the balcony & mezzanine levels around perimeter of the main stage were outfitted with (300) Hussey Quattro upholstered VIP seating.
